Hey there! I own an Acer Nitro 5, a gaming laptop with an Intel Core i5-8300H and a GTX 1050. When I push turbo boost, my GPU speed jumps from 2.3 to 4, which is great most of the time. But sometimes (quite often) it drops back down really low, causing the game to stutter and lag. Thanks!

Power and heat constraints affect laptops. The only options are throttling down and possibly lowering voltage if feasible.
