Help me guys !!
I bought a new GT 1030 OC edition and adjusted GTA V settings to run at 60 FPS, it worked well until I decided to overclock it using MSI Afterburner with only a 10% boost. Now it’s stable at 30 FPS, then jumps to 60 FPS again, but after a few seconds it drops back to 30 FPS. I’ve tried everything.
Reverted everything to default and uninstalled the MSI Afterburner, reinstalled the graphics driver, but the issue persists (same with FIFA 19). Please help!

Did you verify your temperatures? Is the GT1030 functioning correctly with passive cooling?

Navigate to MSI afterburner and return to the default configurations, then apply and remove the software. Visit the "Device Manager" and uninstall any Nvidia-related items. Clear the Nvidia folder in Local Disk © and restart your computer. Obtain the newest Nvidia driver and ensure you select "Full installation" during setup, after which install it. Restart and test the game.

Thank you for your reply, but I noticed the issue stemmed from the v-sync being active.
