I’m facing unexpected black screens, regardless of whether I’m playing games or doing regular tasks. The display turns off and enters standby while background music or other sounds keep playing. During gaming sessions lasting 2 to 8 hours, the PC has stayed on for over 10 minutes without issues, but sometimes it crashes after shutdown attempts—forcing a power cut, holding the power button, or flipping the PSU switch restarts it fine. While audio works during playback, I can’t interact with the system effectively afterward. If you have any insights, I’d appreciate your help. I’ve shared a log for reference. I’m hoping MicroCenter might be a good option, though it’s far from my location. Thank you in advance.
