I've only been using my keyboard for five months without touching it much, but my Q key has stopped responding suddenly. It worked well until recently. Are there any solutions available, or should I rely on the warranty?

5 months is the warranty period; reach out to their support unless you wish to handle it yourself, or at least eliminate it, sanitize it, and attempt again.
