I'm working with Alan Wake and the frames are in the upper teens and low 20s. My setup includes a Q9550 CPU, Gt 1030 GPU, and 8 GB of DDR2 RAM. I'm using a Dell Optiplex 755. I can handle CSGO and Fortnite without any issues.

i own the same gpu, i downloaded the game yesterday for free, everything worked well, running smoothly at 30 or 40 fps, maybe higher in medium settings 1080p. if you don’t have better performance, the issue is likely your old cpu, which isn’t up to the job. i have an r3 2200.

The MSI afterburner was showing CPU utilization around 50 to 60 percent.

the cpu needs to operate below 3ghz for optimal performance
the game will run fine on a single core at that speed
it should work in 720p or lower, not at 1080p
to confirm, try launching the game in low settings

When I adjust it to maximum, the frames remain in the low to middle teens.
