I’m using an ASRock X570 steel legend motherboard. I’ve never experienced internet issues before, but suddenly I lost access. The first step was resetting the router, modem, and PC—still nothing. I ran a troubleshooter, but it didn’t find anything. I suspected driver or adapter problems, so I checked for updates, uninstalled and reinstalled them, but it helped nothing. I tried the Intel LAN Tester for deeper diagnostics; only a loopback error appeared, though I don’t have a clear explanation. In my control panel I switched to manual IP and DNS settings, changed the network to 192.168.1.1 and tried 8.8.8.8, and also used the 192.168.0.1/24 trick. I’ve toggled network and DHCP settings, disabled and enabled them. In the command prompt I ran several commands—flushdns, release, renew, reset winsock, reset ip—and still nothing worked. I’m stuck and need guidance.

I handed the Ethernet cable to a friend to check if it was an ISP line or just a regular cord. His Xbox worked fine. I also brought it to my neighbor's place, but there was still no signal.
