I installed Witcher 3 and Gerald appears this way... the menu seems odd, anyone else have this or how to fix it?

If you downloaded the game through Steam, consider updating the game files directly via Steam. This usually resolves issues with broken textures and other problems that aren't related to the driver. Steps: 1. Open the Library, right-click the game and choose Properties. 2. Go to the Local files tab and click Verify integrity of game cache... button. 3. Steam will check the game files, which may take a few minutes. If this doesn't work, it could be due to the same issue @kelvinhall05 mentioned. Best regards and good luck!

The armor appears quite appealing, though. From a practical standpoint, remove your storage devices using ddu and then reinstall them.
