System was shutting down gradually, then forcing reboots after pressing the relay in the power supply with normal temperatures. Switched to a new PSU and ran 15 times on TS Extreme. Same outcome. Removed a RAM stick, same result. Swapped another stick and installed a new RAM, still facing the same problem. Temperatures stayed stable. Changed power strip and outlet, but nothing loses power except the mini fridge. Located in Iowa, older building but well maintained. New circuit didn’t fix CPU issues—temperatures are fine now. It keeps happening recently. The mini fridge is also on this circuit along with other devices, yet nothing else drops power. Any insight would be appreciated. I’m asking for help right away.

I've checked both inside and outside scenarios to remove any shorts. Some areas still show issues but
