Retail offers a product, while OEM is tied to a specific motherboard. OEM is meant for a single board only, though some claim it can be reused. Retail items are designed to be reusable.

That is an MSDN key, valid for an unspecified time and not even supposed to be sold in the first place. You are welcome to do that via G2A if you wish but I recommend doing it via paypal, otherwise refunding is a bitch to do.

I wouldn't suggest purchasing windows from that platform. It's better to buy directly from the windows site or visit newegg.com. The decision is yours.
