I own a tuf x570 plus motherboard. I recently updated the BIOS and adjusted some configurations, including NVMe RAID mode. I wasn’t sure what it did, so I checked it out. Unfortunately, the next time I powered it on, it immediately went back to BIOS with no boot options available. (Even though all my drives appear connected.) I became worried and reset everything to the default settings, turning off RAID. Still, I can’t boot. I’ve tried shutting down the PC completely, unplugging the power, and restarting, but nothing works. I’m forced to boot into BIOS every time. Please note: my Windows 10 installation used AHCI, and I don’t really want RAID enabled—I just need it to work again.

It might be necessary to perform a system repair using the Win10 USB drive. The update could have erased the MBR on your boot device. I've experienced this before, even though I'm not sure about your specific motherboard.

Yes, you can boot if you connect your boot SSD to another computer.
