Hey everyone, I just got a new PC and after troubleshooting several problems, I hit something I’m still puzzling over. First off, Windows 11 with Ryzen 7 7800X3D, ASRock Steel Legend X670e, 2x16 DDR5-6000MHz RAM, Scythe Fuma 3 Sapphire 7900XTX, and the Pulse (switched from ASUS TUF 3070ti after fixing other issues). I also have an 850W 80+ Platinum case from Lian Li. The main issue is that whenever I power on or wake up my PC, the output device connected to the 2.5mm jack makes a static sound during playback—like a brief blip followed by louder or quieter noise at the start and end. It happens with music, YouTube, etc., but not consistently throughout the audio. I tried everything: changing devices in the back, checking my BIOS update, even considering an RMA for the motherboard. So far, only after two days has this been happening. Some people are suggesting I return it for replacement. Any thoughts? Thanks ahead!
