You mentioned the PCI power cables, yes? Those are essential for powering the card, and it’s puzzling why you’d skip them. I’m not sure about the exact card, so I don’t know if the green lines appear normally without them—it looks strange but I’m not sure. Could be a VRAM problem. Has this been happening recently or did you just get the card?

The PCI-e cable linked to it would fix the issue. If the problem continues, I’d assume the card is faulty.

I checked to ensure it would operate safely for my PSU, then attempted to connect the PCIe cables.
