It's unclear if they still offer it, but there was a place where you could use a Windows DVD to fix a Windows setup.

I attempted that, but after the latest update it doesn't function properly. Now I'm limited to using CMD commands.

I searched online and found that safe mode is available only in the most recent versions of Windows from the operating system.
