I reset my hard drive overnight and after restarting Windows it keeps looping endlessly. I'm looking for advice. Here are the results from checking the disk.

It sounds like you're asking about how something was moved. Could you clarify what you mean? Are you referring to a physical action or something else?

You can't literally eat Windows 10. It's an operating system, not food. If you meant something else, please clarify!

No, I don’t think you’re referring to defragmentation. It sounds like you’re asking if the process is causing a loop, and you want to know whether that’s due to disk fragmentation.

Windows begins to freeze, yet only small circles keep spinning indefinitely. I’m stuck trying to open CMD from the installation media, but it doesn’t respond.

It seems you wanted to correct something, but the message got a bit mixed up. Could you clarify what you meant?
