Contrast in Google Chrome became very high and difficult to read, making text hard to see. Videos on YouTube sometimes appear only as black screens. This issue appears only in Chrome, not in Edge. Stories from Facebook and Instagram also display poorly. These problems are temporary and resolve after restarting the PC. The bookmark screen flickers when adding sites, and game characters flicker when moving quickly. There’s a glitchy effect at the top left during gameplay. After removing the driver with DDU, Windows reinstalled it, but the problem returned. I tried using GeForce Experience to download the fix, but it only worked after a restart. The task bar disappeared and showed the desktop normally, yet the issue persisted. System specs: CPU i7 7700K, GPU GTX 1080, 32GB RAM at 3200MHz, MSI Z270 XPower, SSD 512GB, Samsung 850.

Consider turning off automatic updates for GeForce Experience and then revert the driver via Windows Device Manager. It might be a glitch in the newest driver version.
Are you certain you've reviewed the entire post? Even after testing up to version 400, the problem persists. It only occurs in Chrome, but Edge functions without any such issues. I turned on HDR in flags so videos display correctly in HDR mode on my TV while watching YouTube on my PC instead of the native app. Suddenly these problems began, even though they didn't exist before enabling HDR. HDR didn't resolve the issue once activated. It's strange. I'm planning to turn it off to check if it fixes things. However, game-related issues remain! Oh no, using the Force color profile setting at Default from HDR10 resolved all these problems on Chrome. That worked well! I'm happy. I'd rather avoid game problems, but my PC is now unusable in this way.
