I finally found "proof" of what I see and feel. My sanity has been saved. Look at the frametimes. When I'm actually gaming (and not in a menu, see maxed out FPS) I get peaks in frametimes whenever I feel a stutter. This is not normal, is it? https://imgur.com/a/OHDnu8V
