Understanding the keyboard key mapping for toggling Flight Mode on or off.
As specified in the title, I aim to create a mapping for switching flight mode on or off. The details are: Operating System – Windows 11, Keyboard – Logitech MK275, and the old key function includes Blue Home Key, Blue Email Key, or Pause|Break Key. The new key function should control Flight Mode on/off or Wi-Fi on/off.
Check if adjusting your keyboard shortcuts makes sense
though I'm sure changing them won't really help.
I didn't solve the issue directly, but I managed to find a workaround.
I made two batch scripts to turn Wi-Fi on and off, scheduled them separately using Task Scheduler with elevated permissions.
I also created a shortcut pointing to the script file at schtasks /run /tn “TaskName”.
Pressing Ctrl + F11 and Ctrl + F12 on the shortcut works now.
