I noticed a video showing someone applying FSR on RSPC3, but it didn't explain the process. In fact, I'm not familiar with using it in games. Could you help me understand how to do it?

It seems you're misunderstanding what FSR really does.
FidelityFX Super Resolution is a tool for AMD GPUs, similar to Nvidia's DSR, which enables higher resolution scaling beyond the hardware's capabilities.

if your AMD GPU is present; you need to activate the FidelityFX Super Resolution feature within the Adrenaline program. then you will have the ability to select the enhanced resolutions during gameplay.
