No, you can't flash a VBios from one brand onto the GTX 1650 to remove the factory reset. Doing so will likely brick the device.

That's why I'm checking which model you have? They must match exactly. Usually the 1650 is just a reference design.

But you can re-flash it using a different GPU. Is your boost clock shown as 1635MHz? If so, it’s probably your card. You can verify this with tools like gpu-z. Also, consider backing up your BIOS using GPU-Z before proceeding.
