You're looking to switch displays between your Windows PC and MacBook without disconnecting the display ports. Consider using a display manager or software that allows you to control which monitor is active per system. This way, your mouse stays on the Windows main screen while the Mac uses its display, and you can switch between them easily.

With multiple monitor inputs, you can link your Mac and adjust switch inputs via monitor buttons. If this isn't available, consider purchasing a DP Switch (such as the one mentioned) that both your Windows system and monitors can recognize when disconnected, automatically transferring your windows and cursor to other displays.

I understand what you're trying to do. Would it be okay to disconnect from Windows so the monitor doesn't detect it as active? That way you can use your Windows PC and switch to your Mac without the mouse moving unexpectedly.
