Open Chrome and see if the video works smoothly. If issues persist, consider clearing your browsing history. My browser sometimes behaves oddly and needs a reset.

Thank you once more! I'll check to see if it helps. During this while I removed a timestamp on the main post at the top, marking the precise spot where blurring begins.

It seems Chrome hasn't resolved the issue yet. Once the new video at 50,000 bit is available, I'll reset the browser data to check if it improves things.

Using Sony Vegas to render the video works fine with my own files. Problems appear only when uploading to YouTube. This blurring occurs in Gopher’s videos as well, but not in GeneralMcBadAss’s.
