I’ve updated my listing, marking the X58 as lightly used. It hasn’t been used much since I sold the RX 580, except for folding it, and it’s been about a year now. No ads were put out, just curiosity about whether FIFA 23 and Uncharted 4: The Lost Chronicles can run on it. That should be okay. Still, I’m a bit concerned about Uncharted’s requirements—2500k or FX6300 minimum. The X5650 at 4.2ghz should handle it in single-core mode, but multicore might struggle. The FX6300 seems too weak, so I’ll skip that. But I’d like to double-check if Uncharted 4 is possible on older systems.
When beginners ask if I can use this older piece of equipment for a new game, I tend to stay careful. There are too many variables to give a simple yes or no answer that would prevent any surprises. A big point about such gear is it won’t support Windows 11—it will need that in just under a year.
