My computer (Windows 8.1 64 bit) functions well for a while, but I often access a live stream before going to sleep. Most of the time my whole system freezes when I wake up, making me reset it hard. In short: the PC eventually locks up after extended use and I don’t know why.

It might be that the thermal throttling is extremely severe.
