Details in the signature. I'm using Windows 10. My CPU doesn't support Windows 11. After restarting, everything works fine in games I play. A bothersome thing is that putting the PC to sleep causes problems—launching Chrome takes longer, YouTube loads slowly, Explorer opens slowly, and most importantly, any game crashes at the main menu or before starting. When I power on normally from off, performance is great. I usually play for 20-30 minutes, then switch activities. Sleeping would be ideal since boot times are so long on X99. (It takes forever to boot.) I have a Mac Studio for work that boots quickly—7-9 seconds and wakes instantly from sleep. I've reformatted, reinstalled Windows, updated drivers, run virus scans. A clean install followed by a driver update would fix it. Only Chrome is installed. If I put the PC to sleep and then wake it up, it causes issues. What can I do? It seems like a software problem, since the PC runs perfectly until then.

Unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved. Hibernate and Hybrid Sleep were already disabled. It seems the problem might be related to the BIOS or a need for an update. Check the drivers for your motherboard as well.

Consider using the Iobit driver booster. Also, make sure to flash the newest BIOS if you haven't already.

The software seems to function properly, but I’m cautious about its safety. It’s not something I rely on often due to concerns it might be malicious.

I use it myself. We began adopting it a few years ago at work, which eliminates the hassle of manually setting up most drivers for new machines, reinstalling windows, or updating/repairing older versions. Just be careful not to install any optional features during setup, and you're free to remove it later if needed.
