I adjusted my RAM settings using XMP. After setting it in the BIOS, I restarted my computer and checked Task Manager. It showed the RAM only operating at 2400 MHz. I also reviewed the CPU-Z data, noting that the DRAM frequency was rounded to 1200 MHz, which is half of the reported value. In the SPD section, there’s an entry listing 1600 MHz as a reference for 3200 MHz. Below are some images of what I observed.

DDR refers to double data rate. Multiplying the DRAM speed by two gives the actual RAM speed. In your situation, it's currently 2400 MHz, so your overclocking effort was unsuccessful.

CPUZ confirms your RAM specifications are set to 2400MHz, not 3200 as you mentioned earlier. Remember, when addressing any issues, it's best to provide all your system information upfront.
