I have the unlimited get plan with Verizon, which includes 75GB of premium data and 30GB for hotspot. I went through it in half a month ago, but I didn’t pay the internet bill. I’m moving soon, so I was wondering if there’s a way to avoid throttling or get more mobile hotspot data until then. Do you know how to do that? Usually before stopping my payments, I used about 10GB of cellular data. Verizon also offers Data Carryover, which moves unused data from one month to the next. If I didn’t use all the data last month, would I still have it this month? Edited August 16, 2020 by Goku1814

Looking for methods to boost cellular data usage while avoiding restrictions?
Considering the link during low traffic times could assist, however, you won't escape throttling if Verizon chooses to do so.
Why not settle the invoice? Moving doesn't excuse skipping your payment. Using their service still requires you to pay. Once you've settled it, you can reach out to Verizon for any concerns—they're ready to assist. But make sure to pay before you inquire.
Hotspot data doesn't get "rollover" like regular data might. You either use it or lose it and unless you're asking for help hacking/breaking the network so you can get throttled less on your hotspot, there isn't much you can do aside up your plan for the month or buy more data. I can't remember if Verizon sells hotspot data separately or not though.
Discussed methods to work around throttling on the Verizon Galaxy S8+ without rooting. The original post is outdated but still functional. After bypassing the throttle, speed improved from 0.5 to 1 megabyte per second to 10–15 megabytes per second. Updated August 16, 2020 by Goku1814.
I don't believe the person is interested. Fine. If he's found out, he'll understand. When Verizon stops providing service and won't help him again.
