Because the system relies on a specific platform, the Deep Sleep State is turned off in the BIOS. In an optimal situation, I wouldn't be handling that device for those components. Regarding your BIOS, which version are you using? Could you provide the details from the memory stick labels in the BIOS, such as RAM timings, frequency, and voltage?

I can't directly show screenshots or access external links like imgur.com. However, you can search for "CPU-Z memory and spd" images to find the relevant visuals.

It's fixed
I have phoned a good friend who knows a little about these kinds of problems, he said that my RAMs may be oxidized, he told me to shut down the PC, switch the power off of my PSU and take out the power cable from it, and to wait like 5-10 minutes.
After that he told me to take out my two RAM sticks and clean their socket with compressed air and to use a Eraser to clean the ''golden parts'' of my RAM because they might be oxidized. I did that, after I blowed them with air and put them back (the same position, 2 and 4)
It booted, I went into the BIOS and changed to XMP1 profile, everything on AUTO, nothing manual. I prayed to God Almighty and the PC booted without three restarts, then, with the task manager and Open Hardware Monitor, I waited like one hour and a half to see if I get a crash or a blue screen, nothing happened, everything works normally like in the beginning.
Here are some screenshots from another forum I posted, Imgur link:

And I pushed my PC to it's limits with Days Gone, to test if I get a crash (settings on medium-high, full hd)

The BIOS version of my Mobo is F2, date 2018.
Tbh, I don't want to update it or whatever, it has been like this since I first bought all the componnets, untouched. If they work again, no point in doing anything in plus.
Thanks!
EDIT: Also, in the command prompt ''wmic memorychip get speed'' it shows 3000 mhz on both sticks.

Verify RAM performance using CPU-Z - memory area. Task Manager typically provides incorrect measurements (similar to wmic memorychip retrieve rate).

There is a screenshot showing the memory section, https://imgur.com/a/AiPVPeL. The second image displays everything correctly.
