I've tried every method to update the BIOS, but the device still isn't detected in the BIOS flash. I've downloaded the correct files and ensured the USB is properly formatted, yet the system shows an empty image file. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Just to confirm... Often the people handling motherboards are focusing on models that were originally built. Prebuilt motherboards differ from those sold to hobbyists—they typically run different BIOS settings. If you purchased your PC through a prebuilt service, you might need to obtain a BIOS from them. Just a note.
