I put IPM on just to explore and it functioned properly. After rebooting, I installed XTU to check the parameters it sets. When prompted to restart, it resumed the tests but kept looping at 5.1 GHz, always passing. It's stuck in the same cycle without entering Windows, even after canceling the tests. My system specs are: 9700k, 4x 8gb 2400mhz Corsair vengeance, z370m aorus gaming, Kingston nvme ssd a1000.

Ignored the new boot setting the IPM adds in the BIOS, keeping only the Windows drive working and the Jt functioned.

I incorrectly set up IPM on the c: drive. It wasn't that easy; on my MSI z390 board, I needed to access the UEFI Hard Disk Drive BBS Priorities section and adjust the prioritized EUFI partition.
