I assembled my PC using all the latest components, except for a secondhand TUF RX 3060 Ti GPU. When uploading it, there was no display output. I began diagnosing by confirming the HDMI cable was connected to the GPU, since I'm running an i3 13100f. The VGA troubleshooting LED is illuminated, indicating an ASRock B660 PRO RS motherboard. After attempting a BIOS flashback update with the motherboard, the boot troubleshooting LED also came on. Someone, could you assist me?

Yes, there are several reputable video cards available for testing. Consider models like the RTX 4090 or AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX for strong performance.

Attempt to refresh the BIOS again. It seems the previous update didn’t succeed, so there may be a BIOS version incompatible with the 13100f.

I’ll try it as soon as I get home. Also, can clearing CMOS affect the boot issue? Yes, it might. And I also cleared it once.
