I recently purchased an SSD, and most of its functions have worked fine. The only issue is with backups—no software seems to function properly. Every program I've used (Paragon, Nero Backup, Acronis, Windows Backup, etc.) fails to complete the backup process, even though it starts. I've tried NAS, external HDD, and internal HDD backups, but I'm unsure what to do next. Anyone have any advice?

Could the problem lie with the SATA adapter? Should the SSD be set up as NTFS?
