Unable to save changes to OC Profile 2 through 6 for MSI B450-A Pro Max
Hello, I'm dealing with a problem on my new Ryzen System. I can't save to the motherboard's own overclocking profiles 2 through 6, but profile 1 is functioning correctly. I've shared a short clip on YouTube for reference. My current specs are: CPU - Ryzen 5 1600 (AF), RAM - 2 x 8GB 3200MHz (BLS2K8G4D32AESBK), GPU1 - EVGA RTX 2070, GPU2 - AMD Radeon HD6450 (for display output). I've tried resetting the BIOS/CMOS multiple times, updating and reverting to newer or older versions, replacing the battery, and even clearing the profiles. Before this issue, I could save to profile 2 on first boot, but when trying to load it again, the system forced a high voltage setting (65.56V, multiplier 65536) and then crashed. I pressed escape to prevent applying those settings and rebooted with the original configuration, clearing the profiles afterward. Now, other profiles aren't working. Could this be a hardware issue or a software glitch? Have others experienced similar problems? It seems MSI isn't testing their own parts since they don't have the CPU or GPU in-house, which makes me skeptical about sending my board back yet. I want to emphasize that profile 1 is fully functional!
