I purchased Forza Horizon 3 on my PC, but now I'm back home and want to play it on my desktop. When I need the files for a USB drive, I can't access the folder because I don’t have permission. Do you know any solution to bypass this restriction, or will I have to wait too long for a new download?

Microsoft restricts movement of UWP game files, unfortunately.

Your Forza updates are stored in the cloud. Log in using your Microsoft account, and you can resume from where you stopped. (unless you lacked internet access)

That's frustrating. The problem is needing to connect through powerline down to the basement for internet, which makes everything very slow. It might be better to wait until tomorrow before playing. Using a Razer Core with my XPS 15 could be worth considering.

Microsoft is quite behind in the PC gaming scene... it's surprising how many features they're missing compared to their other platforms (Steam, uPlay, Origin, GOG, Battle.net). The best part? They banned me from playing Forza Horizon 3 online. I can't even access tuning options or paint jobs. Ugh. The site provides an email address but says not to expect a reply—smh. They've turned me into a paying pirate. This might be the last Microsoft game I buy unless things change.
