Hi, I've encountered a similar problem with code 0x80280013. Solutions exist, but the only workaround is removing the ngc file. Once I reset security and changed the ownership, access works without issues. The blank white space remains an issue. Anyone have ideas on how to gain permission to delete this file? Thanks!
