You checked all the options but still can't get Steam to open. I read some articles about Steam support, tried fixing everything, and even reinstalled it. Still, it keeps opening. In Task Manager I see Steam running, but when I try to end it, I get access denied. I also tried ending the process with tree access issues. No luck so far—help is needed.

It's true, this can happen often. All I usually need to do is restart my PC, and it works.
