I navigate to settings, then updates, selecting Windows Insider Program and clicking "Get Started." The process continues until a restart is required. After restarting, I repeat the steps multiple times, but nothing changes. I can re-enroll, yet the issue persists.
The instructions do not specify which ring to join following a reboot.

Actually, I attempted to reinstall it, but it didn't work. It's still not functioning.
Open the Registry using regedit.exe. Go to the path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost\Applicability. Change the value for EnablePreviewBuilds to 1. Restart your PC and check if it works now.
