I have the Linksys WRT120N. From what I understand, everything is being sent correctly. I’m based in Malta and my ISP is Melita... (http://www.melita.com/)

I understand your issue but I can't determine the root cause. It seems you're confused about "Listening on 0.0.0.0." Have you tried connecting TS3 to your external IP? If not, let it connect to your internal IP and then route the port through your router for access.

There might be a settings file or configuration that needs adjusting.

You set up the server correctly and then forwarded it to port 9987 using the same protocol. The IP address is 192.168.1.105, and you managed to connect locally but not when accessing it from the external IP. Ports appear as closed, which suggests a connectivity issue. It seems like the problem might be related to port availability—consider reinstalling the server on a different port and then forwarding it. Wireless, Ethernet, or mixed connections are possible depending on your setup.

It seems the 0.0.0.0 address is intended for all IPs, but it might be trying to target a specific one like 192.168.1.105. You could adjust it accordingly.
