I own a pirated Windows 8.1 and it used to work well, but now it feels very old. I tried updating the system and after that, I can't access any of my drive partitions from opening "This PC" or using the search bar with "C:/". When I do that, I receive an error saying "This program does not have a program associated with it for performing the action..." If I navigate to "C:/Users" instead, I can reach the C partition there. Please let me know if you need any assistance. Thank you.

Begin by launching the command prompt with admin privileges and execute "sfc /scannow" to detect any corruption.

Restore health via dism /online /cleanup-image but unsure about compatibility. Only confirmation is available by checking.
