Hi there,
I've tried asking for help everywhere about coolermaster, but no one responded. I'm having trouble accessing macros in "Coolermaster Master Keys S." I used to play around with them before, but now I can't reach them. The "FN+F11" shortcut doesn't open the macro options anymore. When I press "FN," the escape and F5 (related to repeat rate) keep flashing while it's held. I can adjust repeat rate and color settings, but I'm stuck with macro access. I've tried "FN+E," "FN+R" and "FN+Right Shift" to reset the keyboard, yet macros remain unreachable.

What operating system are you using? Have you attempted testing with the keyboard on a donor system to exclude the POCB/controller in the failed board?

Working on windows 10. Connected it to my windows 11 laptop and it's identical. Probably a hardware issue with the keyboard?

To eliminate the possibility of a broken internal component in the keyboard, test it on several different systems. If the results are consistent across all, the conclusion is that the board is satisfied (the keyboard functions, though macro capabilities are limited).
