I’m moving from version 10159 to 10240 but it keeps halting at 53% during the first installation phase, then restarts and goes back to the previous build. I have roughly 50GB of storage available on my boot drive. I’ve also noticed the system sometimes prompts me to confirm my Microsoft account details, entering the password each time, yet it continues without issue most days, though it appears about once a day.

save the ISO onto a USB drive using Rufus, then perform the upgrade directly through that method.
