I recently reinstalled my PC because of Windows issues. After installing Windows 1, I tried to proceed but it would jump to a loading screen saying "just a moment" before restarting, sending me back to the same page. This has been happening for hours and I’m not sure how to fix it. Please help me.

He's correct. You might want to look into your BIOS for SMART reporting or perform a disk self-test.
