Hey,
My computer setup has these components:
Processor - Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard - Asrock b450 pro
PSU - COOLER MASTER 550 BRONZ
RAM - GSKILL RIPJAW DDR4
GPU - 1650 super

Issue:
When I power on the PC, the CPU fan turns on, but I can't see any output power on the LAN cable or my wired keyboard. The display also shows no output.

I removed the hard disks, reset the CMOS, and reinserted the RAM.
Please help me with this problem.

You may have to adjust the BIOS version.

Verify if any software or hardware modifications were made before this issue. Examine the PSU voltages or use an alternative PSU for testing.
