It seems your antivirus or another program is blocking game execution, preventing you from running them normally. Have you explored disabling the antivirus temporarily to see if that resolves the issue?

BattlEye launcher problems or startup issues can be resolved by visiting services.msi and launching the application manually. Follow these steps: open the Start Menu, type "msc" (or just start typing on Windows 10), and press Enter to open the program. This displays all installed services. Scroll down and locate "BattlEye Services," then click "Start this Service." To confirm it’s active, open Task Manager and check the processes. If the service isn’t running, delete the BattlEye folder in your Steam installation directory at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Win64\BattlEye. Verify the game files via Steam and try launching again.
