Hi, I just ran into this issue today, where I cannot pin any program to the start menu. Neither right clicking or clicking and dragging works. Also, for the apps already on the start menu, I cannot rearrange them. I have tried restarting windows explorer, restarting my computer and running scannow in command prompt. Also, I have installed ultimate Windows Tweaker, and the "Lock start tiles so they cannot be moved" box is unchecked. Below is a video of the issue. Any thoughts?
