The XMP profile comes with default timings but allows speed settings of 3200, 3000 or a maximum of 2933. This is likely the simplest option if you can adjust slightly for better performance. As others noted, achieving speeds below 2933 is highly improbable—it wasn’t intended for that range. It’s unlikely this RAM will run efficiently at 2400g; the chip wasn’t built to handle such high speeds. On the positive side, you’re familiar with updating the BIOS, which can help fine-tune settings if you install a Ryzen 3000 BIOS and pair it with a GPU that matches your specs.
I can only select between Disable and Profile 1. Speed can't be lowered below 3600, and pressing enter has no effect. I can adjust the timings, though. I mostly update the BIOS just in case. I’m not planning to buy a new CPU anytime soon, but I have an RX 580.
