It seems like you're asking about a setting related to color selection. Did you mean to check if the 'automatic background color picker' is turned on?

Your account is indeed linked to your Microsoft account. You should be able to modify your background settings via the Windows interface, as you understand activation requires that step.

It seems the option is disabled in your settings. You can check the menu for "high contrast" or adjust the background accordingly.

Update: A user mentioned a bug from 1903. To fix it, I adjusted the settings, selected the windows image, and found the option later. I’ve been asking on Discord for a long time and finally came here.
