Fun fact. My Corsair Commander works with just a USB header and SATA power, without needing a PWM setup. The Scythe Mugen 5 CPU cooler uses its own motherboard power connection, but that’s the extent of it.

Verify all connections are correct; if so, retry. If issues persist, remove and reinstall the armory crate. Otherwise, return it for a replacement.

It likely manages RGB and PWM signals through the USB header. How we connect our mice and peripherals to a USB port should be similar for a commander unit.
