Sure, it seems like some BIOS developers might not prioritize REBAR in their documentation. Directly contacting MSI could be a better approach.

Sorry, but the question isn't clear to me. Updating generally makes sense. Also, updating BIOS typically requires a FAT32 filesystem on USB. NTFS might not be compatible.

Did you adhere to these instructions? The USB drive needs FAT32 format. Is the GPUz Advanced section visible? Select the drop-down and navigate to the "PCIe Resizable Bar" menu.

Ugh, that picture didn’t display properly in dark mode on the dark theme browser. What a mess! Also, check the Advanced settings under PCIe/PCI Sub-system for the "Re-Size BAR Support" option.

The setting isn’t available for me. I used the USB stick, but the picture shows no update option. The stick contains the BIOS update files and is formatted with Fat32, limited to 32GB.
