Unable to link the motherboard with the 6GHz Wi-Fi frequency.
I possess an MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM5 board that works with Wi-Fi 6. My home network is split into 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz channels. I'm using Windows 11, which recognizes the 6 GHz band. When attempting a connection, it displays a "securing" warning with a moving bar for several seconds before finally connecting but then blocking access with "no internet, secured." After roughly 5 to 10 seconds, the network disappears and won't reappear until a few seconds later when the 5 GHz band becomes available again.
I had some time with the 6GHz frequency range. I worked there for about a week before moving on, which was okay since it was just a temporary setup until Ethernet was used again. 5GHz gave me essentially the same overall feel, so no major issues there. Hope you're doing well. Typical tasks like Wi-Fi drivers, router restarts, or factory resets.
