Open CPU-Z, select memory section, adjust capacity to double the value shown (in Uncore Frequency), and verify it matches 3200.

Confirm you're applying updates prior to closing the BIOS menu. Similar to adjusting the speed setting.

Wait, so you're saying 3200 isn't suitable and 2600 is better? The chip can go up to more than 3500 MHz. Just try adjusting the 2600 to whatever you prefer. But keep in mind, overclocking might cause instability.

It seems adjusting it to xmp and 3200 is essentially pushing it beyond normal speed limits.
